Since it sounds like you just received your debit card in the mail, in that instance it will need to be activated by phone. Don't worry if you don't have a Social Security number – you can still get your card activated and ready to go if you'd like to give one of our Specialists a call directly. We're available at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to help you with this, so feel free to call anytime you like. If it's easier for you, Abi, or if you'll be in the neighborhood, you can also stop in and see us! Please note that if you received your card at the Store, then it should already be activated for you to use, Abi. If you're not sure, we can double-check on this for you if you'd like to give us a call as mentioned above.
