I'm a student in NJ, my parents made a international transfer from china to US at Sep 14th, but I didn't get money yet. How can I figure out that problem?

We understand your concern, Haoyu. We'd be glad to help.
We recommend contacting the senders so they may place a trace on the wire. Once a trace is in place, the senders will be able to determine if there is any incorrect information and why the delay was caused.
