Welcome to TD Helps, Leanne! We'd be happy to help you accept the transfer.
In order to accept the transfer, we encourage you to enroll in Send Money using Online Banking.

-Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
-If you sign up with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email.
-Enter the code to verify your email/phone
Once you're signed up, you are able to accept transfers using the notification method selected during enrollment.
Please know that in order to use this feature, you will need, a U.S. address, phone number, Social Security Number, email address and active debit card.
Since you've mentioned you've already been sent a transfer, be sure to sign up using the phone number and email address you provided to the sender!

You can also reach out to the sender to discuss how to accept the transfer and to ensure there was no issue sending the funds on their end.
