CARD TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THE WHOLE BALANCE. Before a left the country I call customer service just to make sure about the issue. I was upset because it could have consequences to me if the money was not t at the account. Very upset. Glad to have made a transfer. When I get back, I'll be in touch. For now that is nothingI can do. Truly, Claudia zangrillo I'm currently out of the country. I have direct payment. Call customer service to ask if the card would take the whole balance or the balance of the statement before leaving to my trip. The answer was the balance on the statement. To my surprise this morning was to find our that the card took the whole balance. Upset over the issue that the checking account wouldn't have the money. Luckily I made a transfer out of the blues one day before. Can I have an explanation to why this happened. Truly, Claudia zangrillo
