I tried withdrawing money from 3 different TD Bank atms and it was denied and then my card locked even though I'm enrolled in the overdraft advantage..

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Norma!
If you've enrolled in the TD Debit Card Advance program, overdraft availability is determined electronically at the time that your card is swiped or process. Some factors for acceptance are: the age of your account, the balance in the account, and the past number of overdraft occurrences. The longer your account is open and remains at a positive balance, the more likely your transactions will be approved when you really need it. If the debit card is declining then you have met the discretionary limit the bank will allow at this time.
