In Mexico they tell me the money got out of the account already. But it still doesn't show in my account in NY.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble receiving an international wire, Lucia. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Since you mentioned that you were sent funds from Mexico and you have not received them as of yet, we recommend reaching the sending institution of the wire so that they may place a trace on the funds. Once the trace is complete, if the funds were incorrectly sent, the sending institution will be able to advise you of the options they have for you.
Please keep in mind that incoming wires can only be applied to the account if the wire information received matches the titling on the TD Bank account. In addition, we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
