Im for the moment in Kosovo, which is my resident country, but I have still money on my Td bank account. The ATM in my country shows that I have money, but I cannot make a withdrawal? someone help?

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. If you're enrolled for Online Banking, you may contact us by logging in to your online account and sending us a secure message. You may log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To send a secure message, please select "Send a Message" in the "Message Center" located on the left hand side of the screen.
As you've mentioned that you are travelling, if you haven't placed a travel notification on your account, this could be what is causing the acceptance issue with your card. You may send your travel notification via secure message as mentioned above. Be sure to include the dates and locations in your message.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address to complete the enrollment process.
