Hi there Jon!
Thanks for getting in touch with us here at TD Bank and we apologize to hear about any trouble with your cards.
From your message, it sounds like you don't currently have an account with us. We'd like to let you know that in order to cash a check with us a non-Customer, the check would have to be drawn on TD Bank. If it is not, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In case the check you have is drawn on TD, then you would be able to cash it with valid photo ID when you stop in to one of our Stores. There is a fee of $7.00 per check at this time for this check cashing service (subject to change), and you can find TD store locations near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. You'll need a standard primary ID such as a Driver's License, State ID or Passport to get this done.
We hope this answers your question, Jon.
Best of luck – we hope you receive your new cards soon! Feel free to reply here with any questions and take care.
