To avoid any interruptions to your TD Credit Card usage, we recommend placing Travel Notifications on your card. If you haven't already done so, you can by calling our TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. If you are setup for online banking, another option would be to send a secure message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see the option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center”. If you are not set up for Online Banking, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number and ATM/debit card handy to complete the enrollment process.
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on her account. Also, please be informed that for her protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.
