As you'll be using your TD Visa debit card during your trip and have not yet notified us with your travel plan, we highly recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
There're a few options that you may choose from to notify us of your travel plan. First, you may notify us by sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking account if you're currently enrolled. To send a Secure Message, please log into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight locations if applicable. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail online banking, please click here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
Additionally, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on your card, or you can do so in person at a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
