If you are trying to download the mobile app for your TD personal Checking and/or Savings account please click: http://bit.ly/1HKr5hp. Once you're at the Mobile and Tablet Banking page, at the top right please select the type of phone you have (iPhone or Android) and then enter in your telephone number to have the link to download the app sent via text message to your phone.
If you continue to have difficulties, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to guide you through the process. You may also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours if you prefer.
