Problem with no paper statement,emails, or online viewing with acct. I may have to close this acct. it just isn't working for me.

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Catherine. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties with your online banking statements viewing and would be happy to help.
When using the Statements & Notices tab to view your statements, it will be required to have Adobe installed. If you do not currently have Adobe, have no worries, to quickly download it, once you're logged into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are logged in, please click on the name of your account, next, and click on the "Statements & Notices" tab. On the next page please click "Get PDF Reader" and then on the pop-up click "Adobe PDF" and that will take you to the Adobe webpage to complete the download. Once it has been installed, you may view the PDF file of the statement you are looking to review.
Additionally, to view your statements online, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the Statements tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You mentioned you have not received your statements. We apologize for any inconveniences and ask that you connect with us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to look further into your account and find out why you have not been receiving your monthly statements. Please understand that as we would like to assist you directly, because this is considered an unsecured site - we do not have access to your account information.
