Hello Marcus and thank you for joining us today.
We want you to know that a Representative would be happy to review your account with you. There are a few ways you can reach out: by phone, at a TD Bank Store or via Secure Message. If you'd like to speak with us over the phone, you can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If visiting a TD Bank Store is best for you, feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a TD Bank Store location near you. If it's easier for you to connect with us via writing, that's okay too! If you're enrolled in Online Banking, you can send us a Secure Message. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.”
If you have not yet enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have a TD Bank ATM/Vis Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll in TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you have trouble enrolling in Online Banking, please give us a call at the number above or visit a TD Bank Store.
Please understand, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum; therefore, we're unable to assist you directly.
We appreciate you stopping by today and take care!
