The Bill Pay box has something in it that I can't describe but I can not eliminate it and when I enter the amount I want to pay it adds extra digits to it. The system then rejects the payment so I need to have this corrected.

Welcome to TD Helps, Jawanza. We understand how important it is to pay your bills on time, and are sorry to hear about any trouble you had. We'll be glad to point you in the right direction to get your Bill Pay back up and running.
First, we would suggest ensuring that you're using the most recent version of your Internet Browser. As you mentioned that extra characters are appearing when you're adding the amount, this may be related to the browser in use. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you're not using a recent version, we recommend this update; or, we suggest using a different browser altogether to complete your Bill Payments.
If this does not correct the issue you're having, we kindly ask you to give one of our Digital Specialists a call anytime it's convenient for you at 800-493-7562. They're available 24/7 and would be glad to review what's happening with your Bill Pay account and suggest a solution.
We hope these suggestions are useful, Jawanza and you're able to pay your bills! Please let us know of any other questions you have and take care.
