Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, James! We're sorry for any delays during your trip and we'll be glad to provide you the ways you may contact us from abroad.
You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 856-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place travel notification on your accounts. You may also contact us via Collect with operator assistance by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone. If you need to contact our 24/7 TD Card Services line while you are abroad, please dial 1-706-644-3266 via collect.
Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secure Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind you will need your account number, Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to enroll. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
