Hi Michael, we're sorry to hear that you've lost your pin. We are happy to point you in the right direction to retrieve it.
As you mentioned that you're currently out of the country, please understand that for security purposes, we have limited options available to obtain your PIN for your TD Debit Card.
Your first option is to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once our dedicated Banking Specialist verifies your account, we can send you a pin reminder via mail, to the address on file. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service representative, you could visit us at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours.
