We're so sorry to hear about any trouble with your card, especially since you're traveling right now.
We would be glad to help with this right away if you get in touch with us. We apologize that we can't check on this for you directly from here, since this is considered an unsecured forum. However, a convenient way to contact us while you are out of the country is to send us a Secure Message from within your Online Banking account. If you have one, you can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and then visit the Customer Service tab. Look for the Send a Message link in the left column and please message us with your concerns, and we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
If you don't have online access right now or you'd rather have some assistance immediately, you're welcome to reach one of our Banking Specialists by phone 24/7. From outside the United States, please use 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Just in case this happens to be regarding your TD Visa Credit card, you can reach TD Card Services from outside the US by dialing collect at 706-644-3266.
Karolina, we do hope this will ease your mind and help you right away with your card.
We'll talk to you soon and once you speak with us, we hope you enjoy the rest of your trip!
