I've been using the nearest ATM to my office, which is at a credit union, and it dings me $3 for balance inquiries, $3 for withdrawals, $3 for something that I didn't recognize.
I was hoping that TDBank was part of an ATM network like Interac that I could use without fees; is that the case, and if so, where should I go to use one?

We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps today, Charles! We understand the importance of saving money, and your desire to avoid ATM fees. We hope we can provide you with a few options.
Currently, TD Bank Stores are located on the East Coast and we do not have any partner banks or networks in the Seattle area.
Many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. When making your purchase, please look for a cash back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash. We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone with a Representative at 888-751-9000 or our Self Service Phone Line at 800-YES-2000. If you're not yet enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
TD Bank does offer several account options which rebate your non-TD ATM fees. To see if you will be affected by ATM fees, please check out these links for further details: http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO and http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal or the network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for these fees and non-TD ATM fees if you have any of these accounts: TD Premier Checking, TD Relationship Checking, TD Relationship Savings, and Private Banking accounts. To find your account type you can review your account via your Online Banking as mentioned above. Or if you'd like, feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7. They can review your account type and provide any additional suggestions tailored to your accounts to avoid ATM fees.
We hope the information provided helps, Charles. Don't hesitate to reach us again and have a great night.

I moved to Seattle from Florida. I so wish TD Bank had a location here !!! When I exceed my allowable amount on the mobile app for check deposits, I have to pay to have them sent to the branch with a tracking number. TD Bank has been my favorite bank so I won't switch but this would definately make it more convenient! And with us being so close to Canada and with so many Canadians who come here to visit (there is the Victoria Clipper boat right down the street from me that transports people to and from BC) I am very surprised we don't have one here!
