Hi JeongTak. We're sorry to hear that your card was declined, but we'd be happy to help.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we don't have access to your debit card or account information, but we can help direct you in getting this fixed as quickly as possible.
While you mentioned that you are currently in South Korea and may not be able to call us, a phone call is generally the quickest way to have your debit card reviewed. As 800 and 888 numbers can be impossible to call from overseas, we can offer the option of calling us using country code 011 at 856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
You may also send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, JeongTak. We hope you're enjoying your time in South Korea!
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
