Im interested in opening a new account with TD bank and wants to get some information before joining. I am already a Wells Fargo customer but it came to my understanding that TD bank is better. Wells fargo charges me a monthly fee of 10 dollars. Is there any charge for for Td bank?

If you decide to open an account with TD Bank, you have several options for account opening! First, the option to open an account is available online. You may use the Open Account button at the links provided earlier to begin an account application. To do so, you'll need your Social Security number and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport. For accounts opened online, you can make your first deposit using a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or fund the account via an account you may have at another bank using the routing and account numbers. You're also welcome to stop in at a Store to make your initial deposit.
