It's great to have you come to TD Helps today, John.
We'd be happy to provide you with the details you need to get direct deposit set up. We welcome you to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form should be able to be presented to your employer to begin your direct deposit.
To locate your routing and account numbers for this form, you're in luck as we have a few options for you. First, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't receive paper statements, please have no worries. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the "Accounts" tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
You can enroll in Online Banking any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you have any trouble enrolling, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification, we'd be happy to assist you.
You will also need your TD Bank routing (ABA) number for the deposit. If you do not already have this number, please note that routing numbers are based on the state where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by state, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are welcome to visit any TD Bank Store during our convenient lobby hours. To locate a TD Bank Store near you, look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You can also pick up the Direct Deposit Authorization Form during your visit, if you prefer.
We hope you find that this provided you with all of the answers you need! Have a terrific Tuesday!
