I'm locked out of my online banking and I called to reset it and they're saying I have a passcode on the account. I don't remember setting up a passcode and I went into my local branch and they said theirs nothing that can't be done?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Amanda. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you are having difficulties logging into your TD Online Banking account, we ask that you contact us directly so that our Specialists are able to further assist you.
As you have stated that you are unable to remember the passcode for your account, we recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. We also recommend that you be sure to bring a valid Photo ID so that one of our dedicated Representatives will have the ability to help you gain access to your Online Banking, and also reset your passcode for you. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
