Seeing that you're writing to us from Surrey, BC, it sounds like you may be trying to log into your TD Easyweb account; and if so, you would be looking for our partners up North. We found a similar discussion going on with TD Canada Trust's page. Although TD Bank and TD Canada Trust share the same TD Shield, we are separate entities and also have separate web pages.
