Welcome to TD Helps, Jody.
We've decided to retire our Penny Arcade machines since, with thousands of people using Penny each day, it is difficult to ensure a consistently great Customer experience. Please know that we are committed to identifying convenient, alternative coin-counting solutions for our Customers. We will gladly accept pre-rolled coins for deposit from our Customers and offer free coin wrappers.
If you have any additional questions for us, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store. For a list of the Store locations, hours and telephone numbers, please visit here: https://go.td.com/29C3MOp
We hope this helps, Jody. Have a great weekend.

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Mary
It is not required to write your account number on the rolls of coins you will be depositing, however; we will require a deposit slip to be filled out and your account number will be written on the slip.
Let us know if you have any further questions. We are always here to help. Have a pleasant day.
