Hey Megan, welcome to TD Helps! We'd be happy to help.
Once you log onto your account online, http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you may view your monthly interest paid by viewing your account history. Your interest credit should appear by the end of your statement cycle.
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, that is okay! You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Additionally, you may also view your monthly paid interest via your statements for your Checking and Savings account. The information will be listed under "Other Credits" when looking at your statements.

Welcome back, Laeloni. We'd be happy to help.
To obtain the status of your loan application, there are a few available options we can offer you.
Your first option is to call 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our Financial Solutions Group Representatives who are available 24/7. If you prefer, you can visit your local TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your application/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon and have good afternoon.
