Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this we do not have access to your account/personal information.
If you would like a Banking Specialist to review your account, you are able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to send our Banking Specialists a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
You are also able to review your statements from Online Banking without the assistance of a Banking Specialist. If you log in to your online using the link mentioned above, please follow the steps below to review your previous statements:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
