We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your debit card, Tanya. We'd be glad to help with the next steps.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card. Please know that we are unable to freeze a debit card temporarily. Once your card is closed, it cannot be reopened.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your post office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Store. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Tanya and have a good day.
