Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Gregham! We're excited that you'd like to open a business account with us and we'll be glad to tell you how you can do so.
In order to open a business account with us for your LLC, you would need to visit one of our many convenient Store locations during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. We invite you to check out what business accounts we currently offer before visiting. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe, for more information. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988.
Some business accounts, including LLCs, do require specific documents for the account opening process. Since you are a non-resident, you'll need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Please be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business as well. One of the listed documents is required for account opening but you can bring more than one if you desire: The documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. Additionally, you will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
If you should have any additional questions, feel free to give our Business Account Specialists a call at the number listed above. You could also click here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to fill in a form to request a call form a Small Business Banking Specialist, if you'd like.
We hope this information is useful to you, Gregham and have a great evening!
