Thank you for reaching out to us about this and we apologize to hear about any trouble with your account while you're away.
If you are seeing transactions on your account that you haven't authorized, you'll want to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can close your debit card for you to prevent any new charges. Once the items have posted to your account history, we can also file a claim for them on your behalf, to assist you in recovering the funds. You can contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can also reach us via Secure Message from within your Online Banking account if you prefer not to call right now. To do so, you can log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please be sure to request your card closure specifically and list the transactions in question for the most efficient service.
Once you get in touch with us and we review this for you, if you are in need of a new card during your stay abroad we can have one expedited for you. We'll be able to provide instructions for you when you reach us by phone or message as above.
We do hope this will help you today, Sabrina and we apologize again for any issue during your trip.
Best of luck and we'll talk to you soon.
