Thanks for joining the conversation, Adebola!
We're sorry to hear that you've lost your ATM card, and we're glad to help.
We recommend giving us a call directly so we may cancel your debit card right away, as you mentioned it has been lost. You can connect with us 24/7 from outside the United States 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Once your debit card is closed, you may send us a Letter of Responsibility so we can issue a new debit card. Please log on to online banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and send us a secure message with the following information:
- Account number
- Full Name
- Address to where the card should be mailed
- Do you want the card to be sent via Federal Express?
- Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the post office. Please note, longer delays may occur as your new TD Debit card is being mailed to a location outside of the US.
We hope this helps, Adebola!
