MoneyGram cannot withdraw from my TD Bank checking account, so I must use my TD Bank debit card to do so. MoneyGram charges more than 2x the fee for DEBIT card use than withdraw from my TD Bank checking account

Thanks for reaching out to us, Edwin.
We can certainly understand wanting to avoid additional costs and we'd be glad to help.
It sounds like you may have originally attempted to send funds through MoneyGram using your account and routing number. Anytime this method is used for payment, it will generally take 1-3 business days before the payment or credit hits the account. If you are getting a notification that your transfer has failed after this time period, it could be due to incorrect account information or an improperly coded transaction. We can take a look for the rejected transfer to determine if we're able to advise why it was rejected. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If the transfers are being declined instantly, it would not have a chance to actually hit your account with TD Bank for us to decline it. In this case, we recommend contacting MoneyGram to discuss why this may be occurring and how to resolve it.
We hope that our explanation helps, Edwin. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at the number we've provided above.
We hope you're have a great weekend!
