If you're having trouble enrolling for www.myonlineaccount.net, we ask that you reach out to our TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than glad to assist you with your account, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
