In reply to Ansley, Dublin
Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, Ansley. We understand how important it is for you to access your funds while you're studying in Dublin and we'll be glad to advise you.
For more information about our Mobile Deposit feature, we invite you and your mom to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1vQMhtR. In order to use mobile deposit, you'll need to be enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking and have downloaded the TD Mobile app. This page outlines the features available using the app and at the bottom of the page, you can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link if you haven't downloaded it yet.
Your mom may also like to view our short video which demonstrates how to make a mobile deposit, which is also available on this page.
If your mom is listed on your account, she'll be able to use her own online banking account via mobile to make the deposit. If she is not yet enrolled in Online Banking, signing up is quick and easy. She can begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, she will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those 3 steps are completed, she will have immediate access to her accounts online, including the one you share.
Once that is complete, she can download the TD Mobile App for her Android or iPhone. Please note that in order to use this feature, the account must have been open for 90 days or more. Please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL. After it is downloaded, she'll want to log in to the App using the same user name and password established for her online banking account, and then she can proceed to make the mobile deposit for you.
If she experiences any difficulty, no problem; she can give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist so that we can troubleshoot any issues with her. She can also stop in at any TD Bank Store for assistance, and please find a nearby location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Just in case your mom is not a signer on your account, we can still assist you with Mobile Deposit while you are in Dublin. Please feel free to reach out to us by dialing direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone. While you are on the phone with us, we may assist you further.
Thanks again for writing in, Ansley. We hope this helps and best of luck with your time in Dublin!
