Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Frank. We would be happy to answer your question.
Generally, when an account remains in the overdrawn status for sixty (60) calendar days, or a timeframe that we determine that the overdraft balance is uncollectible, we will close and place the account in collection status. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 9-10) for additional information. Please note, if the account continues to be overdrawn for ten (10) consecutive business days, a sustain overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
We hope this helps, Frank. Enjoy your day and let us know if you have any further questions.
