We ask that you contact us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you and look into the transaction in question. If you prefer and you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further.
