We’re sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your debit card.
If you already attempted to contact us from abroad by dialing, 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, and are unable to connect, you have the option of sending us a secured message from online banking.
If you are not currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address. Once logged on, to send a secure message you must first click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center'. Then you will be able to message us your debit card inquiry, and a Specialist will be happy to help. Our response time is generally 24 hours; however we strive to reply to your request sooner.
