In reply to Anahit, Paris
Thanks for your visit on TD Helps, Anahit! We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty but we would be glad to assist.
As we see that you're already in Paris, the easiest way to set a travel notification online is to send us a Secured Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your username and password. You can then send us a Secured Message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, and using the Send a Message link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your account and would like to enroll, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. To complete this process and have immediate access to your account online, you'll need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number handy.
If you don't have some of the required info or can't log in, don't worry. You're also welcome to give us a call to place your travel note, and enroll in Online Banking as well if needed. A TD Bank Specialist can assist you 24/7. Since you mentioned that you are writing us from abroad, you can contact us from outside the United States on 1-856-751-9000. If the previous number continues to give you difficulty we recommend that you call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Please keep in mind, a travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. We hope this is helpful and you can continue to travel with ease, Anahit! Let us know of any other questions and have a great one.
