Good Afternoon, Sarah. Sorry you're having a bit of trouble, but we'll be happy to help you today.
If you have an ATM/debit card with us, your account number and a U.S. social security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once you're there, you will need to choose 'Personal' from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Social Security number, account number, debit card number, and email address) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/debit card with us or a Social Security number, please contact us at 888-751-9000, where we are available 24/7, or visit your local TD Bank Store. You may view our Store locations and hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already enrolled in online banking, but forgot your password, you may use our self-service tool to reset your password here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and click 'Forgot your password?". If you forgot your username, you will have to give us a call at the number mentioned above.
We hope this helps, Sarah, have a nice day.
