Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Caryl. We'd be glad to help you access your statement information.
First, the quickest and easiest way to view and print copies of your statements is to find them via your Online Banking account. For your personal accounts, you'll be able to view the past five years of statements online, or from the start of your account if opened more recently than five years ago. Please keep in mind that this applies to any of your accounts which receive statements and are still active with us.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notices tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to use this service for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, ATM/Debit Card, Social Security Number and your email address. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the required information to set up your online account or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you're a business account holder with us and are currently using our BusinessDirect online platform, kindly note that you'll be able to view 18 months of statements there.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you prefer to use our free BusinessDirect online platform and you're not already doing so, you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You'll need your account number, ATM/Debit card, your Taxpayer Identification Number and your email address to enroll. Please note that should you sign up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password for login purposes. If you don't have some required info, feel free to visit us at any TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to sign up.
We hope this helps, Caryl and have a good afternoon.
