Good morning, Holly! We'd like to thank you for choosing TD Bank for your banking needs. We'll be more than happy to provide the information needed to transfer funds to your new TD HSA account.
There are two options to make this transfer. First, you may visit your local TD Bank Store to fill out the HSA Transfer Request form and sign it. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you wish to close your existing HSA account with your other financial institution and transfer the entire balance to TD Bank, please first contact your other financial institution to have the account closed. You will then need to visit your local TD Bank Store to fill out the HSA Rollover form and sign it.
Regardless either option you choose, once the form is filled out and signed, we will take care of the rest for you.
If you have any additional question, you may reach our dedicated HSA Department directly at (800) 597-4437 and choose Option 3. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer any questions you may have.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Holly!
