TD Customers' accounts are considered abandoned/unclaimed if the Customer has not made a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer from their account or if there has been no Customer Contact within the past 3-5 years (depending on the state).
Your friend may contact our Abandoned Property Department at 800-281-0025 for further assistance. If the account balance has already been sent to the State, your friend must contact the State to reclaim the funds.
