I signed up today for the td banking because I wanted to check my account balance. Once I was done checking my account balance I wanted to log off, but nothing happened what do I do?

It sounds like you may be having a browser issue based on the information you have provided. However, you'd be happy to learn that to help protect your account; our website has a time out feature, which automatically logs you out of your current online session after a period of inactivity. With this being that said, we'd still recommend using the most up to date version of Internet Explorer or Firefox next time you login to your account as our web site www.tdbank.com is fully compatible with these browsers. Also, please check to see if your browser is accepting cookies and we would advise clearing your cache as well.
