Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Nikaury. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be happy to help.
Please keep in mind, when transferring funds from your TD Account using our Person-to-Person Payment feature, you may only send funds domestically anywhere within the United States. As you mentioned you are looking to transfer to an international account, we recommend initiating a wire transfer.
To send an international wire transfer, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
When visiting us, you will need to provide the following: · The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply.
Please note, transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
We hope this helps clarifies any questions or concerns you may have Nikaury. Please have a great one and let us know if you have any other questions.
