tried multiple times and made sure I entered my personal information correctly but still getting same error. I came through a link for $300 promotion on new account opening online. Can you assist?

We apologize for any trouble you may have had when attempting to open your account online. So that you're aware, we do use a multi-factor verification process during account opening which can use your credit file information, to protect your identity.
If you received the error message you mentioned and couldn’t get any further with your application, we would recommend stepping inside any TD Store near you during our lobby hours. When you visit, we'll be able to verify your identity using your ID instead and will be more than glad to help you get your new account set up. Please just bring a valid photo ID such as a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport and your Social Security number so we can get you started.
