We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your card online, David. We'd be happy to help.
If you're having trouble making transactions on your card, we ask that you contact us directly for help. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help determine what is causing your transaction to decline and process a request for a replacement card if need be.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can also reach a Representative by sending a secure message. To log in, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are logged into your online banking account, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Once the message is sent, you should expect a response within 24 hours. You may also request a new card via secure message. If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind you will need your account number, ATM/Visa debit card number, Social Security number and email address. If you have any trouble, please contact the number mentioned above.
If this is in regards to your TD Credit Card, we ask that you speak to our Credit Card Department by dialing 888-561-8861 for assistance 24/7.
