of a guest credit card I faxing at 856 533 1138 and it wont go thru and I called the 1888 751 9000 and they said they cannot connect me or give me the number to the fulfillment department. ???

After our Customer has submitted a fax request to release a debit card authorization, the release can take up to 24 hours. If our Customer has any questions or would like to check the status of the release, they may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
