There are three easy ways of contacting us.
First is calling 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our 24/7 dedicated Banking Specialist who are always ready to assist you with any questions you may have.
You also have the option to visit your local TD Bank Store. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank locations near you and to learn more about the Store hours.
If you have an active TD Bank account and Online Banking, you have the option to send us a secure message as well.
In order to send us a Secure Message, it would be necessary to have an Online Banking account with us and to be logged in. You can log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Just click there and follow the prompts!
If you don't have an Online Banking account yet, no worries! You'll be happy to know that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number provided above and we will be glad to enroll you over the phone after proper account verification.
