Hi Yusef! Thanks for reaching out to us.
You've brought up a great topic that we're sure others have wondered about too!
Our Bill Pay will default to pay by ACH, when available. If the only option you're receiving for paying your fuel card is by check, it's because ACH payments are not available for this merchant. In order to receive payments by ACH, the company must be set up with their bank for that service. It sounds like the company that manages your fuel card is not set up for this yet. Hopefully they will do so in the future. In the meantime, you can still send paper check payments.
We hope this info helps, Yusef. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
