Thank you for bringing your question to TD Help today, Elizabeth. We are happy to provide the information you requested.
If you have a personal TD Bank account and do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking by using our self-service option, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started in no time.
If you did not request a debit card during account opening process or need a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank store. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand!
If you are unable to visit any of our locations, you may also call our 24/7 Customer Service Department at 888-751-9000. Upon proper account verification, we can book a card and mail to you and you may receive it at your address on file within 7-10 business days.
Another way to request a new debit card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking after you're enrolled for Online Banking. After logged onto your account, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Just in case if you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect for your Business account and you don't have a debit card, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store for help. Please also keep in mind that Business Debit Cards can only be obtained at a local TD Bank Store.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day.
