Thanks for joining us at TD Helps today, Rebecca.
We understand it must be frustrating when you are unable to log-in your Online Banking. Here are a few ways to gain access to your account online.
If you know you entered your log-in information correctly and it is still not allowing you to proceed to your account, your account may be locked. If you enter your User Name or password incorrectly, you can try again to log in. However, if you enter your User Name and password incorrectly too many times, your account will be locked and you will have to re-set your password.
Locking your account is a security method that protects your information from someone who is attempting to access your Online Banking account by guessing at your login credentials.
To reset your password, please visit the Online Banking log-on screen by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once at the log-on screen, select “Trouble Logging In” under the Password field. You’ll be asked to provide your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll then have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
If you are still having trouble gaining access to your Online Banking, you may visit any TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You could also call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speak to any one of our dedicated Digital Specialists.
If you’re referring to TD Bank BusinessDirect, please give us a call at 800-493-7562. If you are referring to a different User Name such as, TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us at 888-751-9000 24/7 for further support.
Hope this helps Rebecca. Let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy your day.
